Welcome to Level X Kitchen & Sushi

Established in 2026 by restaurateurs Kenny and Jennifer, Level X Kitchen & Sushi brings years of restaurant experience and a passion for exceptional food and hospitality to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

After successfully owning and operating multiple restaurants throughout the Baltimore area, Kenny and Jennifer chose Rehoboth Beach as the home for their newest concept—and a very special milestone in their journey.

The “X” in Level X represents the Roman numeral for 10, marking the 10th restaurant they have opened over the course of their careers.

At Level X, our goal is simple: to serve fresh, high-quality sushi and Japanese-inspired cuisine at approachable prices, while creating a welcoming dining experience for both Rehoboth Beach residents and visitors.

Drawing on decades of experience in the restaurant industry, we understand that great dining is about more than just great food. It’s about quality, consistency, hospitality, and making every guest feel welcome.
